  I often stay at Holiday inns for value and family friendly amenities. The lobby is a typical modern Holiday Inn with tables, seating and TVs with the dedicated breakfast area. In the room was a nice size TV. When I picked up the remote the front piece fell off and wouldn’t reattach. It made changing the stations annoying. The air conditioner had a filter that wouldn’t go all the way back into place. The filter frame was cracked. The main reason for the low review is the cleanliness of the bedding. We always check beds for cleanliness first thing. The first search we found a sheet that had dirt and scuff marks still in the sheets. I went to the desk to get another set and also asked for more pillows. (They are very soft and offer almost no support.). The desk employee came back with a new set of sheets and said they had no more pillows. I take the sheets back and when opening these I found a large stain from some type of liquid. I once again went to get more sheets and third time was better. Breakfast was the usual mix of eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy with bagels, toast, cereal, and refrigerated items like milk, Greek yogurt and hard boiled eggs. The pancake machine was not in service for my breakfast, but there is one available when it’s available. Nearby there are dozens of restaurants and shops. We had no problem finding food for dinner upon arriving.

  I am a IHG rewards member and today I went to check into my room but before I could even check in I had to use the bathroom . We have been driving for hours . A older black woman with short hair was very rude , followed me into the bathroom and asked me to leave and said she would call the police on me , before even asking or verifying I had a confirmation . I immediately called support and cancelled my reservation at this hotel . I have been to this hotel many times while in town on business . Never been treated like this before 😡

  Learned it not a very safe area. Multiple cars in the parking lot were broken into the night we were there. It seems to be not a safe area. The gas station nearby had a security guard in it. Staff was helpful at the front desk, hotel room was ok as far as cleanliness. Poor sound barrier: You can hear people opening and closing their doors from the hallway which woke me up.

  Made Reservations through a booker, reservation was booked and confirmed but uneducated front desk lady didn’t know how to do her job. She tried to make me pay by credit card but I refused to. Contacted booking agent, they called and gave her the same reservation number I did, had to walk her through how to conduct her job and finally was able to check in. She did not apologize in any shape or form. I guess they can’t find good help these days!

  The room was mostly clean but never received coffee in the room except upon arrival. One day the beds were made and the next day it wasn't. Same thing with the bathroom. The towel quantity changed each time they cleaned the bathroom. There was an issue where security had to chase away a couple of homeless people from the breakfast buffet while I was trying to get my breakfast. The front staff was friendly, but I expected a little bit more from an IHG property.
