  BEDBUGS! I woke up after my first night here to find two bedbugs in the bed. I killed one and left a big blood stain on the pillow sheet, but could not find the second bug in the sheets after attending to the first. I went to the front desk and the lady was very nice. She moved me to another room at the opposite end of the building and offered “some points” for the inconvenience. Later that day I stopped by the front desk since I had not received my welcome bonus points which I normally receive as soon as I check-in nor any points for the bedbugs. The lady at the front desk was rude and accusatory. She asked what room I had been in originally. I told her 403. She said, “Well, we had maintenance and our exterminator company go through the room and they found nothing.” She gave me the welcome points but acted as though I was lying about the bedbugs. She never gave me any points for the bugs and having to switch rooms. I stay at an IHG property almost every week. This is my first bad experience. I certainly will never stay at this property again…not because of the bugs, but rather the woman’s rudeness.

  Easy check in, clean rooms and good location to the airport. Staff was friendly as well. However, they charge you to park there. So that takes an entire star off for me after paying almost 200$ for a room.

  My first time staying at this location and enjoyed it!!! First, I was met by great customer service from James and Eli!!! They were very professional!!! They made me feel comfortable and safe; got all the information I needed for the stay!!! Also, informed me about surrounding restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great. All the staff was wonderful, unfortunately I dont all their names; just know that you all were professional and made my stay comfortable!!! Thanks again!!!!

  James and Elijah provided the best customer service I have had in a long time! They were helpful and awesome and made our stay 10000 times better! We could not be more thankful!

  We really enjoyed our visit to Charlotte, and this hotel’s customer service team was second to none. We were kindly greeted by Nakiea and she was fantastic, super friendly and made us feel welcome. She was training another nice new lady and really showed compassion in her work. We highly recommend this location, and it is only a few minutes from the airport. Great job!
