  From the time I tried to checking was a disaster. The front desk clerk was just stand offish. We was holding an event there. Some of us from out of town and some of us was local. We made our reservations months ahead of time. Some of the local individuals had already checked in prior to me arriving. Once I got there and gave the clerk/ manager my ID she canceled my reservations and said we can't allow you to check in. I asked why? She said because I am local. I called some of my family members that are local and asked them did they have the same problem. They told me no. They are in their rooms now. Long story short after some back and forth i was able to check in. But no information was given to me after I manage to checking. Like parking . Didn't know it was $10.99 per night. Breakfast did not know there was a card you got for breakfast or the times breakfast was served. Didn't get information face to face nor on their site. I won't recommend anyone to stay here.

  one of the worst hotels i’ve stayed at. between the cleanliness, hotel shuttle, “fitness center”, check in process, the front desk staff.

  I’d like to leave a review on the young Mexican girl at the front desk on march 16th. She has a nasty attitude I’m guessing due to being busy. I had to wait at 12 until 3 because no rooms were available, I understand. It’s about 10 people waiting. Since I’ve been waiting I seen people come in after us get rooms about 5/6 parties checked in. But when I go back up to the front desk for a room she said their is rooms available but now I have to wait after those who been waiting.. makes no sense and we all have a reservation.

  This hotel is clean. That’s about it. The sofa bed isn’t a bed. It doesn’t pull out. It doesn’t sleep 4. The shuttle isn’t helpful. They take your name and number in your party like it’s a reservation. It isn’t. Save your trouble and order a uber. The rooms are also loud.
