    I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My reservation was for five nights, but for three days the hotel did not have hot water. Even after informing the staff multiple times, the issue was never resolved. Taking cold showers every day was very uncomfortable and eventually made me sick. Because of this, I was forced to leave early and move to another hotel just so I could shower and recover properly. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. Instead of refunding me for the days affected, the staff refused to return my money and only offered points for a future stay. They were also rude at times and repeatedly blamed Priceline, the company I booked through, instead of taking responsibility for the problem. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not stay here again.

    The front desk and Richard the general manager called the charlotte police on me for no reason on my 60th birthday. I checked in showed id and paid. The ignorant desk Mgr and general manager called the police on me staying in was not suppose to be in the room. Why not my id was verified with the black guy and I paid. They never apologized and say nothing.

    The hotel was fine, however if you are traveling with babies/ toddlers avoid this hotel, they don’t have cribs. We booked it in advance and had requested a crib in advance along with the booking, however only to be told when we got there they don’t have them, which at this point there was nothing could do as it was late and my child was so tired from the travels. We had to make a make shift bed up on the floor which was far from ideal. They would have seen on our booking we had requested this, yet not one phone call to let us know before turning up and giving me time to find an alternative hotel.

    I use to be consistent in booking rooms at this hotel but we encountered two attendants at this property second and third shift that were both hard to deal with and seemed to have forgotten that they interact with the public. The first attendant told me she was in the middle of something and I waited for 20 minutes just to get checked in. The second attendant just simply refused and assist and when asked for her name she phonetically spelled it as if we were stupid. Hannah is not hard to spell. Then the fire alarm goes off for at least an hour.

    unpleasant experience. There was a huge cockroach in my room, and when I called the front desk for help, the receptionist named Alexis refused to come and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. I felt completely dismissed and uncomfortable. No guest should be treated like this. The lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. Definitely not what I expected!! Alexis was very rude
