When my company reserves another night, if I know the night before, I always go up to the front desk to make sure that my key will work the next day. And if there's any information that I need to sign or get taken care of, I can do it right away. Once again, the front desk dropped the ball. Alexis was the person that was working and she seemed like she couldn't care less about helping me out. She said not to worry. I can take care of it the next day. Next day I get woken up a knock on the door, phone call to the room and to my cell phone. Saying that I need to get to the front desk immediately before noon so I can sign paperwork. Needless to say I was furious. Alexis needs a talking to.

Cockroaches in my room at checkin, all rooms need a deep cleaning with lots of hair and dust around the edges of the room and in public hallways, random hairs in bedding and on shower walls, and staff who have zero interest in making it right.
