Way too expensive for a mediocre hotel. Parking is $15 a night but you might not get a space. Then you pay $45 a night for overflow in addition to the hotel charge.

Even though I arrived after check in, they did not have my room ready for me and downgraded me front a king balcony room to a room with two queen beds and no balcony. They still charged me the same rate. That night when I went to shower, I discovered the shower was not clean, and there were hairs (definitely not mine) in several places on the shower walls. I conveyed all this in feedback online via their survey. The manager reached out to ask what they could do, and when I replied, I never received a response. I was very disappointed as this hotel is in a prime location. I would recommend staying uptown.
