I thought the inner open concept of the hotel lobby was beautiful and kind of nostalgic in a way. The downside was our nextdoor neighbors were a little louder, but nothing I couldn't sleep through

- JJJoyJan 31, 20262.0Don't stay in room 213. It's directly above the main entrance door. I heard the door slide open and closed all night. It was the worst night ever! The bathroom sink didn't drain. The sad thing is that there were very few people in the hotel so they could have given us a decent room.
- MRMichael RussoJan 22, 20265.0Beautiful hotel inside and out. Outside is well-lit and there are security cameras which give an added feeling of safety. Lobby is clean and inviting. Front desk clerk (Porsha) was professional, friendly and efficient with our check-in. Room itself was clean, quiet and odor-free. Hotel was fully booked but we never heard any other patrons. Bed/pillows were clean and quite comfortable. Bathroom/shower were clean and fully functional. Breakfast was basic but good quality and it hit the spot. If l am in this area again soon l will definitely return. What a nice hotel!

After letting them know of issues and the AGM informing me her would make sure everything was done and it wasn’t is just sad. Carmen the GM was not of any help and I had to contact corporate in regards to this property. You aren’t even able to tell what was “deep cleaned” because everything still was NASTY ! 🤮
