I may have booked this location prior to the pool breaking down, but to the girl at the desk who said "it's on the website". No, it's not. Few, if any of your patrons actually booked online that your specific hotels website. Everyone is using the IHG website or the IHG app and attached to those pictures which make not only no mention of the pool not being closed but also State specifically that breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. me and others, were sitting down in the breakfast area having to wait until 7:00 a.m. because even that information is wrong. That plus $100 incidental, which is ridiculous, they don't even have an on-site restaurant or bar, along with all of the signs about vehicle breaks and, which were confirmed by the staff to have gotten bad ever since covid, means there's no way that I would either recommend this location or ever stay here again. Finally, this is to IHG specifically, what is the point of your app if it's giving misinformation to your customers and if every time I stay somewhere my preference for a first floor room has been ignored? It's probably time to find a new Hotel chain

- DCD CarterOct 20, 20255.0This is the hotel I stay at every time I come to Charlotte. Rooms are always very clean. The hotel as a whole is very clean. All of the staff are always very friendly. Nice hot breakfast that they keep replenished and clean. It's also in a safe location and not far from a lot of stores and downtown.
