We are IHG memebers so we stay at Holiday Inn express when we travel.. the only complaint would be the fridge didn’t stop making a clicking noise our entire stay. 3rd floor. There is only one elevator so sometimes the wait is a bit longer . We stayed 4 nights and two of those nights the elevator was broken. The breakfast was the same two straight days. We didn’t plan on using the pool during our stay but it was “out of service “ our entire stay

This hotel only has 1 elevator, which caused extra time coming and going. We were on the 3rd floor, and guests above us kept banging thru the floor, kept us up until midnight. On a positive note, the Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, as well as the rooms were clean.

- MRMarshall ReeseDec 21, 20253.0Checked in on Dec 14, When I was checking in my daily rate was not the same as my confirmation email stated. After discussing with them I found out that someone at the hotel modified my reservation and caused a reset of the price from the discounted rate for cyber-Monday to a normal reservation cost ($60 increase in price). This made the arrival process less than ideal since I arrived late at night and wasn't able to check in for 30 mins while I was making phone calls with IHG help desk to fix my cost. They had the night manager come in and update my price to match. She got there quickly, but I still had to wait. Besides this the hotel was nice and clean in the room/bathroom and in the lobby. Food was decent, pancakes, omelet, bacon, plus others that I didn't eat. Overall good experience except for the check in issue.
