  Always stay at an affiliated hotel typically holiday inn express. 2nd time at this location. Checked in late Thursday there was and still is a dirty washcloth hanging on pole holding showerhead as there are not racks for hanging after use. Told housekeeping Friday today's Sunday. Staff parks their vehicles at front of hotel door which not only impedes pick up or drop off of guests but also blocks ramps. Pool is always not in service, 1 elevator and ice machines only on levels 1 and 3...won't be back, and key cards have to be constantly replaced and they write your room number on the envelope not good for safety of guests. SMH

  My husband and I stayed here for one night! Overall, the room was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was not the best. When we came in, the lady seemed irritated, and just told us to fill out some sheets. She didn’t smile or give any indication that she was excited to be there. In fact, when we came back from dinner around 9:30 PM, she was leaving and we didn’t see anyone replace her. Also, around 10/11 PM, there was a ton of loud talking outside of our room (granted we were on the first floor so this wasn’t unexpected), but it was a men’s rugby team that was chatting very loudly for over an hour until about 11. Thankfully my husband and I didn’t need to get to bed earlier for a flight or anything, but if we had needed to this would have been a very unwelcomed part of our stay. The location was okay - nothing really around it, but it was about 15-20 from downtown which was nice. One of the highlights was the breakfast! It was comprehensive and had good options for me who likes to be more healthy.

  The staff gave us a warm welcome the moment we walked in! Our room smelled fresh, was neatly organized, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed for a great night’s sleep after a long drive. The bathroom and amenities were also top-notch. The lobby and dining area have a very inviting, modern vibe with comfortable couches that make you want to linger and relax. I especially loved the open layout of the lounging space. Breakfast was superb with a huge variety of options from heavy to light breakfast, from hot to cold options. The fruits were fresh and sweet, and the juices were perfectly chilled. A big shout-out to the cafeteria staff for being so helpful and friendly! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this stay—the excellent service and quality you get for the price point are well worth it.

  I stayed for 2 nights. Room was mostly clean and well appointed for this price point, however the bathroom sink had some gunk by the drain that should have been better cleaned. I appreciated the walk-in shower, but the bath towels were too small (I’ve seen the same thing at other hotels). The king bed was comfy, but the USB outlets did not work. I also had problems with my room key twice. The staff were warm friendly snd helpful. The location could’ve been better, however, it was still right in the area I needed to be. Overall, I would stay here again, if I needed to be in the carrier, otherwise I might consider a more newer Holiday Inn elsewhere around the city. I will say, though, that for the price point, it was well worth it.

  Terrible stay at this property Took a long time to check in due to computer issues but worse was a guy throwing up next door for an hour and even though I called as I was concerned and it was late the hotel never offered to move me or let me know what happened when they said they went to check It was terrible so I moved the next day While the hotel is ok the property is not last stay police were sitting in the parking lot, trash outside overflowing Last stay people were so nice and hotel was clean I decided to give it another try It’s gotten worse even not as clean and seems worse for the wear and I’ll never stay again I moved to Savoy Road and it’s been great ! No offer to even move me to another room with a guy vomiting right next door is crazy Run away Sketchy all around and sadly used points for that stay
