- RBRalph Berry1 day ago5.0Airport friendly. No jet noise, breakfast begins at 5:30 am, 24 hour coffee and tea in lobby, clean, lots of lighting in parking lot and hallways! We especially liked the grind and brew coffee machines and flavored creamer! Staff was attentive at desk and breakfast bar. Lots of electrical outlets next to both sides of bed. Elevator requires a room key to go up for security. We had free parking as we are IHG rewards members. We were here Veterns Day week and they had an empty place setting at a table with flag. This is now our go to when we fly in/out of CLT

Jermaine was very gracious with my kids and helping them. The reason for 4 stars is the ac unit was extremely LOUD. So we did not sleep well from the noise and some of the front desk attendants were dismissive and rude when I was trying to talk to them.

- PGPretty GirlNov 2, 20253.0The room itself was very nice. They were spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating even though they were very short staffed. They did provide breakfast. There is a pool and a small weight lifting room. You do have to pay for parking. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy and I did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. I purchased 2 rooms and was told my deposit would be returned within 30 days which was suppose to be $50 each. I checked out of the hotel on 9/14 and still have yet to receive my deposit as of 11/1. I spoke with the front staff and was told check with my bank and wait a couple more days to see if my deposit shows up.
