We were kindly greeted by Nakiea and she was fantastic, super friendly and made us feel welcome. She was training another nice new lady and really showed compassion in her work. We highly recommend this location, and it is only a few minutes from the airport. Great job!
- JSJudy SjostedtMar 8, 20265.0Staff was very accommodating- found me a quiet room end of hall, only negative was very low water pressure in the shower (I have long hair, difficult to rinse with low pressure). Bed was very comfortable. Elijah at check in was very friendly and helpful. We used the park-ride rate. The shuttle was easy and efficient. Al was a very friendly and helpful driver. We would stay here again.

Shout out to Mercedes who provided exceptional service during breakfast! She is professional, courteous and detailed oriented.

Nice lobby with 24/7 Coffe and Tea Cons: Parking is $10/night The rooms were not clean and very worn. Stains on the walls and on the sofa. Holes in the curtains. The carpet was stained and the beds and furniture were very worn. The bathroom also didn't appear to be very clean. This is one of the worst IHG hotels I have stayed in so far.
