- LSLeslie Soqui2 days ago3.0I’d like to leave a review on the young Mexican girl at the front desk on march 16th. She has a nasty attitude I’m guessing due to being busy. I had to wait at 12 until 3 because no rooms were available, I understand. It’s about 10 people waiting. Since I’ve been waiting I seen people come in after us get rooms about 5/6 parties checked in. But when I go back up to the front desk for a room she said their is rooms available but now I have to wait after those who been waiting.. makes no sense and we all have a reservation.

They take your name and number in your party like it’s a reservation. It isn’t. Save your trouble and order a uber. The rooms are also loud.

Just for other folks to be informed, there’s no microwaves in any rooms, room service doesn’t come unless you ask the front desk yourself for a restock/cleaning, you have to pay separately for any car parked in the lot, and even though we booked the breakfast, in the morning we had to request the desk for breakfast vouchers to enter the dining and coffee area. The proximity is great to the airport! The staff is nice, they’re just doing their job, but whoever owns this franchise gives a very stingy impression. There were more “cheap” things we saw, but for benefit of the doubt, the aforementioned were the most frustrating.
