  they make commissions from online prices when you book at the desk you are eligible for a cheaper rate they won’t tell yo that and housekeeping doesn’t clean properly they use on towel to clean the bathroom with and room smells like animal urine and they harass guests by pacing the halls all day and listening to guests through the door ease dropping on guests i have seen it myself unprofessional

  The rooms are beautiful 😍 the doors are made to look like apartments and the inside is very clean and spacious. They also let you borrow free appliances such as a air fryer, crockpot, and several other cooking utensils and devices. The gym is great, although the treadmill is currently out of order there are still plenty of equipment to workout on. The pool is also outside and closed but I know once it's open it'll be awesome. There's even tiki gazebos outside near the pool that could possibly be used to serve cold drinks during pool hours.

  The place is in need of a renovation but overall it had what we needed which is a recliner because of our back problems. Get a room on the third floor, the ceilings are not well insulated against the foot steps above.
