Receptionists were friendly and helpful; breakfast was just fine; maids cleaned your room every other day or upon request. When I pointed out the roach, the maid helpfully kicked it into the hallway. I told the front desk about the roach, and the receptionist said someone would reach out. Didn't hear from anyone for the rest of my stay. Thankfully, I also didn't see anymore cockroaches. But when I checked out, I mentioned the cockroach again and the receptionist said they have had continuous problems with roaches. Still haven't heard from the manager, so I guess I'll just warn everyone to step lightly!
