  Check in went smooth breakfast and dinner was amazing the staff is always great whenever I visit the location I will be here every weekend with my family Shital the Gm is awesome

  Highly recommend. Clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable, convenient and well stocked. christa (AGM )and shital (GM) were great with my family check in and check out rooms were very comfortable and staff was well knowledgeable about the property great area we will be back soon thanks for the great hospitality

  We stay here for a week every year and Harvey at the front desk made this stay for us. Such a kinda helpful employee everyone should follow his lead. Rooms are starting to get a little dated but the maids do a great job keeping them clean.

  I would give this hotel a solid 4.5, so I rounded up to 5 :) I am a travel agent and booked this hotel on a TA rate for a stay to visit someone local. The location is great -- super close to many stores, restaurants. Not in the middle of a "village" but priced that way. The hotel was recently rennovated and I thought the rooms were better than I was expecting. They were large, plenty of space, storage. Bedding was nice, towels were average. TV was really the only downfall -- very few channels and not modern at all. The main reason I was impressed with the hotel was the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and when there were small issues (no crib on arrival, room not cleaned when requested, etc.,) not only were the addressed right away, but we were even given some free points for our troubles. My husband noted it felt like they went above and beyond. Not sure if it's because I booked using a TA rate, but they never once mentioned it, even at check in so I don't think that's the case. Breakfast was average -- not great. Grits were awsome and that was about it. I wouldn't pay for it, but if it's free because of status or perks, then I'd take it. They did have brand name yogurts, fresh fruit, good bacon. I usually never will go out of my way to write reviews for quick stays at generic spots like this, but felt it was warranted here. We would stay again if we needed a quick, cheap place to stay in the area again. I think people need to keep in mind when reviewing these hotels it's a Holiday Inn. It's a budget hotel. So keep that in mind when comparing factors to other hotels.
