We were late checking in and yet the front desk greeted us and actually even held the door open for us to push the luggage card in. She also greeted us with chilled bottled water and a snack and even offered to help me get hot water for my midnight hot tea. Once inside our room, everything was perfect plenty of toilet paper plenty of towels. The kitchen was clean. All of the linens on the bed were fresh and crisp. The furniture appeared brand new and looking fantastic. The bed was comfy and the ceiling fan worked!! I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. This morning upon late checkout provided to us at no cost the front desk, the professional again, helped us with our luggage cart And told us to have a wonderful day in North Carolina. I highly recommend this facility and any time my husband and I visit North Carolina, this will be the only hotel of choice. Sincerely, Tammy Hamrin
