Reasonably priced and great location. The room was a good size and had a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Breakfast was ok. Would stay there again. Nice fireplace on the lobby area with chairs and sofas

Good location for my purposes but not walkable to anywhere. Rooms tired but clean - some serious damage on ceiling. Some outlets and lamps didn't work, coffee maker filthy and unusable. Staff nice but disinterested - when someone pulled the fire alarm, there was no direction about what to do. Unaware it was under renovation when booking. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a 2 star. Coffee decent. Evening "reception" on Wednesdays only. I'd stay here again if it were the only option but did not feel like I got value for my money

I wish I had read a review like the one I am making now. We certainly would not have stayed here. Now, we had special circumstances. My wife is mobility challenged and in a wheelchair, so when we look for a hotel we look for a mobility challenged room with a roll in shower. Given that constraint, we were somewhat limited in choice, so we opted for the cheapest and we got the cheapest.
Check in was quick and they did keep us on the main floor. So all was great until we got to the room. It was small and offered very little besides a roll in shower. We could barely move the wheelchair in and next to bed. That’s as far as it went. It had a cheaper version of the basics: refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, tv, wardrobe. There was a chair against the entry wall, but nowhere to sit on it. I had to eat breakfast sitting on the bed. Speaking of the bed, it was an inexpensive firm mattress with basic coverings. We are used to the Hampton Inn comfort bed coverings, so this was another disappointment. The staff were not the friendliest people we ever experienced (
To be kind). The breakfast was a huge disappointment. I know what to expect in these free breakfasts but this one seriously underwhelmed me. Everything that didn’t come straight from the package was plastic tasting.
While walking the dogs, yes I forgot to mention our two Shih Tzu mixes, I heard gunshots, so I slept close to my personal protection device. While walking I noticed a pile of room furniture around the back. Apparently I missed the sign that said they were remodeling. So perhaps the remodeled rooms will be better.
Well, this was only day one, so I will update if it improves. Otherwise, I would ensure I got a remodeled room or not stay here.

Let me start by saying I’m a loyal Hilton Honors rewards club member and primarily stay at Hilton properties when traveling for business or pleasure. My stay at Hilton Homewoods Suites was an exception rather than the rule but they surely missed the mark here.
Check in: I checked in on the Hilton app and had my digital room key delivered to the app before arriving so I could skip the front desk and go straight to my room after a long day of flights with delays.
On day 3 of my 12 day stay, my trash can in my room was getting full and my room needed a refresh so I removed the “Do Not Disturb” door hanger to get my room serviced. They didn’t service my room that day or the next day either so I called the front desk to inquire about service and to see why my room wasn’t serviced. I was told you have to request service, so I requested it at 7:50am on Day 5 and was asked “will tomorrow work because housekeeping is booked today?”. i explained situation and that I needed service sooner rather than later but she said they couldn’t squeeze me in. But would have more towels delivered to my room. The towels never arrived. So on day 6 I left the hotel and when I came back to my room that evening, my room STILL wasn’t serviced. I called the front desk and was told I wasn’t on the list. Asked about the towels and they said I could pick some up downstairs in the lobby. On Day 7 (tomorrow) I will be checking out 5 days early.
Staff review: The multiple staff members at the front desk were the worst I’ve experienced at a Hilton hotel. Rude isn’t the right word, rather I would say they seemed unfriendly, unhelpful and simply uninterested in helping me out or hearing my concerns. I also attempted to reach the General Manager Chris Owens by requesting a way to get into contact with him on the Hilton App chat and on the hotel website and couldn’t reach the manager. Again very UnHilton like
Room review: I stayed in room 436. Room is dated and had some issues that were beyond cosmetic. The microwave turntable wasn’t turning warming up food unevenly. Closet door wouldn’t shut after opening it, the iron leaked when trying to use it. Shower water pressure was okay but the sink had only a trickle (not exasperating).
Overall just a terrible experience. My worst in a Hilton Brand hotel.
