We arrive in the lobby, looks promising and clean. However, we turn to check in and find a line down the lobby. It took almost 30 minutes to check in. We take the elevator up to our room and walk in. Corner of the ceiling, a FAMILY of lady bugs. That same night, we walk back into the lobby only to find a dead cockroach on the floor. Staff standing nearby and not even doing anything. The next day, we walk into the lobby, and we look down to see a squished centipede in the door. I thought we were staying at a hotel… not a zoo for insects. I am disgusted. But that isn’t all. The second night we stayed, the toilet mysteriously overflowed while we were not in there. It was 11 o’clock at night and we had to gather all of our stuff and move rooms. I have never had so many bad experiences in the span of 2 days. Wish me luck as I still have tonight and tomorrow here.

This has been a terrible experience, I will never visit this hotel again. After booking room and arriving I was told that none of their rooms were clean and that I would have to wait in lobby. The attendant at the front desk was very rude and nasty. When I approached him to ask about the wait he went off like a mad man.

I am writing to report an extremely upsetting experience I had during my attempt to check in at your property on November 14-2025 10:40pm. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any hotel staff.
When I arrived to check in using our IHG account, the front desk agent refused to assist me, claiming that my name was not on the reservation—even though I presented my husband’s military ID and clearly explained that I am his spouse. My husband then contacted IHG directly, and your representative called the hotel twice to have my name added. The second call was hung up on by the front desk agent.
I then got on a three-way call with my husband and the IHG representative, during which the agent at the hotel completely ignored the conversation, refused to listen, and continued typing without acknowledging us. He ultimately told me he would not check me in under any circumstances and threatened to cancel the entire reservation.
This treatment was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. IHG is known for hospitality and customer care, and this experience was the exact opposite.

First night was okay. But they apparently allow smoking because our floor smelled heavily of smoke the rest of our stay. It seeped into the room at the entrance too.

Absolute terrible customers service From Ali (however you spell his name) (photo attached) . My Father booked the hotel room under his name through his IHG account using points and he refused to let us check in after calling my father and the IHG customer helpline, even adding my name to the reservation through IHG and he refused to still check my mother and 2 siblings in for the night out of spite because we called him out for his disrespectful behavior. He refused to be of any help even after we did what he asked us to do. Cancelling someone’s stay after the IHG even talked to him is absolute disrespect and he should be fired for it.
