FYI when booking through 3rd party sites: we do recommend verifying before you go with the staff regarding breakfast. There may be an extra cost because some of the sites will say it is included like on booking.com. That’s totally okay though, we had more time than we thought, so it gave us an opportunity to try something new in the area before leaving! Very nice staff, very clean, looks like they are renovating, so it looks newer throughout. Our room was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

From the parking lot to the lobby (where some of the renovation was taking place) to the elevators, hallways, and into our room. The hotel was practically spotless. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and despite the renovations, the hotel was also surprisingly quiet. Work stopped by 5pm daily and was never a problem. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in our room as soon as it became available which was a nice bonus. As far as location, we had easy access to the hotel from several directions and was conventiently located near shops, restaurants, parks, and even downtown without being in the middle of it all. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for it's value, convience, location, and ammenities but also for its cleanliness and friendly staff. I look forward to staying again soon!

There was no noise in my room, the breakfast buffet was still available and the staff had signs. The rooms are all very well maintained and you can request to adjust your room cleaning times. The staff are super friendly. The clientele is mostly senior professionals that need to travel, though they do occasionally get high rollers. The location is nice if you need to do business in the triangle or in Raleigh. There is also lots of eating and food nearby that can accommodate any taste pallet.

Love to travel and choose Hilton as often as I can for reliably great service and this experience was no different. Kevin and Liz were kind and helpful with my questions during check-in. Nice, clean rooms and friendly service. Good location. Event was lovely. Staff were professional and accomodating. Stephanie addressed some personal concerns for me. All staff were wonderful and I wish I had caught more names. Would definitely return here for an event or if I needed a place to stay again in the area.
