I walked in the hotel later at night and needed some assistance, Key, who informed me he was training helped me with my problem and did an amazing job at it. It was a great experience and I am more inclined to book with Hilton now because of Key.

Outstanding value at this Hilton. Stayed there several times recently and very pleased with the accommodations — clean, roomy, and friendly staff. Last visit coincided with three youth baseball teams in town for a tournament and the breakfast staff at the hotel were up to the challenge. (Trey was exceptional, moving from table to table at impressive speed: handling orders, coffee, and clearing.) Located near shopping and excellent restaurants, it’s a gem.

Stayed 22 nights for work and Wow! Is all I can say. I have stayed in many hotels but this stay was Exceptional. The staff so polite, professional, accommodating but most importantly friendly and human. Each request and/or minor issue was addressed with professionalism and courtesy. I can't remember all their names but I didn't have a bad experience with anyone. Ms. Kyi, Ms. Julie, Ms.Gigi, Mr Ethan. Stand out in my memory. Excellent service with genuine care. Thank you! I will be back.

This is an brand new hotel in the heart of Cary, NC. The staff was very good at hospitality. Ethan and Tyler checked us in and made sure that we had what we needed. The rest of the staff was attentive as well. The standard King room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of space for opening or storing luggage. We were able to sign into our Netflix account in the room TV which was nice. As a diamond member, I chose the food and beverage credit towards snack one day and towards breakfast on the other days. The snack selection was good but if paying cash (instead of status perk) a little on the pricey side but to be expected at most hotels these days. The hot breakfast was great and there was also an assortment of pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The coffee offered in the atrium wasn't that great but there was a cappuccino machine in the snack area. Tea offerings were good. Atrium lounge seating was comfortable and plentiful and there was a large dining table that could be used for groups as well. Overall the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
