My brother and brother-in-law stayed here a while back, I have no idea what the other reviews about a broken elevator even means, as my brother was on the 3rd floor and is in a wheelchair, and he never said anything about broken elevators, and he always has to use the elevator. Also, both my brother and brother-in-law said they enjoyed the amazing customer service! And when I came here to pick them up, I noticed that the people who work here are very friendly and the place is extremely clean!

This is normally my go to hotel while in The Raleigh area for work. The staff is very nice and friendly and willing to help. But like all hotels it is getting worn, and a little bit outdated although the rooms are clean they do need to be updated. The particular room I had this time, (room 309) the heating/ AC unit was very loud and I couldn’t turn it on at night because it would wake me up. I did not bring this to their attention because I could manage without it. On the third floor, where I was at this time. The first two nights there was an odor of pot coming from somewhere. I was not very happy with that. Normally I try to get the top floor, but there were no rooms available.

I had a great stay and I want to give credit where it’s due. The front desk team was consistently kind and helpful, housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and AGM Kionna was outstanding. You can tell this property is well run. I’d stay here again without hesitation. Plus, the location is super convenient with a lot of food options nearby.
