Stayed here for work and called an hour early to the front desk where was promised a shuttle to the office at a designated time based on a meeting schedule. When I arrived in the lobby at the time the staff told me to I was told that the shuttle only goes to the airport. Uber service is slow in the area and the whole affair cost me money and made me late and the front desk staff was less than accommodating or apologetic.

I used this location to park my car for shuttle service and airport. Not only was my car safe but the parking was very reasonable. When I returned from my trip I ended up being hospitalized for 2 weeks. This establishment was more than understanding and helpful. Will use them in the future and without a doubt would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you again to the staff for your patience and understanding!!!!!

Pros: free shuttle to airport, nice open atrium area lots of space to plug in and work. Cons: bedbugs. spotted 2 without trying, got my stuff out of there so fast. showed video proof to a front desk agent right away and it's almost as though they knew immediately that it was a known issue. I had already prepaid third party and they are helping to facilitate a full refund as I will not be staying the night as planned.

Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option to rate this disaster. I made a reservation with Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle located at 201 Harrison Oaks Boulevard in Cary, NC for a 1 night stay (2/7/2026-2/8/2026). I checked in after 9 pm on 2/7/2026 and was issued room 227. Upon entering the room, I sanitized everything to my satisfaction. My wife arrived after 10 pm and we were both ready to take showers so we could relax. I noticed that there was standing water in the tub due to extremely slow draining. I informed the front desk representative and our room changed to 229. After checking the tub to ensure sufficient water drainage, I sanitized the room with disinfectant spray and wipes for the second time. I noticed the thermostat displayed 66 degrees and it would not switch to heat after multiple failed attempts. I informed the front desk that the room was cold and the thermostat would not switch to heat. I was advised to set the temperature higher and it should adjust after a short period, but that failed to work. We were switched to a THIRD room (714). It’s now after 11 pm and we were greeted with a warm stench as soon as we opened the door to room 714. It smelled like the room had been sealed shut with no ventilation for months. We proceeded to the front desk to speak with the manager on duty. A gentleman responded that he was the manager and the interaction that followed was less than satisfactory. He interrupted my wife multiple times. Then he told us that there was an issue with the heat working. I informed the manager that I did not appreciate the way that he spoke to and interrupted my wife. By this time, it’s after midnight and we decide to leave because the environment was no longer adequate. The manager said he would refund the rewards points that I used and provide an additional 20,000 points. While I can appreciate that, I am not satisfied. My wife and I were beyond inconvenienced. We had to go back outside in 20 degree weather to drive, and spent over $180 out of pocket just to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary. That is not fair as a long term Hilton Honors member and frequent guest of Embassy Suites. I will NEVER consider staying at this location ever again, even if the stay was free. We were disrespected, beyond inconvenienced, and forced to inherit a $180 expense at no fault of our own.

⭐️ Zero stars if that were an option. My husband and I had one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives here. From the moment we checked in, everything went downhill. The first room had a bathtub that would not drain at all, completely unusable. We were moved to a second room, only to discover there was no heat, and this was during below-freezing temperatures. Unacceptable and unsafe. Instead of fixing the problem, we were sent to a third room that was absolutely filthy and unhygienic. The stench was so overpowering that I nearly passed out. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, if at all. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, yelling at both me and my husband instead of apologizing or taking responsibility. No customer should ever be treated that way, especially after enduring multiple room changes and such deplorable conditions. We also had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel because we just could not take it no more. I truly wish I could give this place zero stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the stress, discomfort, and disrespect. This place is disgusting, poorly managed, and not worth the money or stress. You will regret it just like we did.
