From checkin, to the bar service, breakfast service, and housekeeping we were greeted by name and the staff worked hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, food and drink were good and location was convenient but the service from Monty, Drew, Shelly and the GM (even working with an arm in a sling) was phenomenal! My dad got to the hotel feeling under the weather and left feeling much more healthy thanks to the team at Doubletree.

We love the homey feel when we checked in few days before Christmas. And also they never forget to give you warm cookies for Hilton honors member which our kids always appreciate. Hallways always smell good and the rooms are clean. I also used their laundry rooms which ja not crowded at all.

Rooms are immaculate and the bedding is phenomenal- I'm permanently disabled, and Hilton beds and pillows are honestly the most comfortable I've slept in anywhere! I stayed at this location with 2 of my young grandchildren for an event at the Lenovo Center, and they were just as thrilled with all aspects of the accommodations, the phenomenal friendliness, assistance and helpfulness of staff- in every way in various parts of the hotel from the moment we checked in. The Christmas decor was very classy and beautiful, the restaurant staff were so attentive and accommodating both for dinner in the on site restaurant and bar, as well as for the breakfast buffet, and my grands were thrilled to have an indoor poo and the time to burn off some energy and excitement from our visit, since checkout isn't until noon. The little things and the staff happily going above and beyond for all of us helped create a lasting memorable experience for the 3 of us that we will never forget!! The only 2 MINOR issues related to our booking were that the rooms didn't have microwaves for leftovers, and the room didn't have a tub- which would have been a huge benefit, as I was dealing with a major unexpected foot injury, so I was unable to stand up in the shower. Still a 5 star stay in my book, despite my physical pain and struggles!! Highly recommended!!

Only thing that stunk this last stay is I didn't get my hot chocolate chip cookie when I checked in, but that didn't ruin my stay at all. LOL! Their cookies are the best!
