Booked the hotel for a weekend getaway with the wife. My wife loves swimming so I try to find places with indoor, heated pools during the winter. This location advertised just that online, on their website, and on materials in the hotel. I can tell you 100% that the pool is NOT heated. Numerous guests and their children came to the pool excited only to retreat back to their rooms after feeling the freezing cold water. Very disappointing.

From the minute I walked into the hotel my experience was AMAZING!!! Nakesha , was wonderful, her greeting was unmatched with comfort!! The warm fresh cookies to the welcoming smile was enough for me to stay! My room was very clean and nice! All staff at dinner Monte was very polite and kind ,breakfast Taylor, Cecilia, and the chef ,( please forgive me I didn’t get your name) , thank you for the grits, was GREAT and did the job of serving as professionals! Thank you so much for making our stay the Ultimate experience for our 18 anniversary!!! Nicole 😁

Clean hotel, well maintained. Nice front desk staff. They offer a decent bar area in the lobby. The pool is nice and fitness center is great. Feels close to plenty to do and get downtown if needed. The bar area is a nice open spot and has very good food. Worth a try.
