The reception area wasn't tucked in the side of the lobby like most hotels, but right out in the middle which was nice. Additionally, the receptionist , Tricia was very welcoming and charming. She answered all of our questions and was very delightful to speak with throughout our whole stay making us feel special. She should be recognized and used by Tru Hotels for training new employees because she does it the right way. Also, the lady who made the breakfasts each morning was also very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We are definitely going to be staying at this Tru Hotel our next visit to the area and will tell our friends and family to do so as well.
