  I was having some work done at my house and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights, and I had seen Tru several times driving around town. On a whim, I decided to book there, and I could not have been more pleased! First, the lobby is large complete with work spaces, games, and even pool tables, meaning if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel, there are options for socializing and relaxing without needing to leave. The gym is lovely too and features a variety of workout equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and friendly, and I love that the hotel is pet-friendly too. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and cozy. You can login to your Netflix account too, in case you aren't interested in what's on cable. The bathrooms are awesome, and I love how they have these dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion--all of which smell amazing by the way. Any time I travel, I will definitely be looking for one of these to stay at!

  Brenda is the best! She is always so kind in the mornings. The oatmeal she prepares is my favorite as I try to eat as healthy as I can on my work trips. Brenda is always in good spirits and always asks how I’m doing. The customer service at this hotel is why I continue to stay here. When I’m far from home, I’m treated like family and as a single woman traveler, I always feel safe and looked after by this Hilton team. Keep up the great work!

  Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Staff were friendly. There was always a car parked right by the front door both the evening we arrived and the next morning. Made it hard for guests to pull up and check on before parking. Not sure that it was a hotel guests car but one of the staff. Free breakfast was to be out until 10am Saturday but by 930 it was pretty bare. No cold items in the fridge and eggs were gone.

  We have stayed at Tru Hotels before, but this staff exceeds all staff experiences we have had. First of all many of the hotels we’ve been staying recently decided not to have bacon for breakfast. It’s always sausage or turkey sausage but rarely do we find bacon so it was a wonderful surprise to get up this morning to find bacon on the breakfast bar. Not that the morning staff was so friendly right and cheerful willing to do whatever they could to clean over backwards to make sure you had a good breakfast experience. Did I mention they had bacon? Those were the only trouble we had was a metal frame around the bed a little bit past the bed and if you don’t know to watch for it we all bang our knees on it pretty good. So be careful to watch for that but again the room was clean. The staff was super friendly, enjoyable day and love the bacon. We will definitely come back to this place again.

  Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Nice tv and common areas. Beds comfy and rooms warm. Rented two rooms and everyone was happy. They raved about the breakfast being delicious. The parking lot is a little tricky though. One way in and out and it's a tight turn. Entrance is on the front of the building and the parking is on the side. I do want to acknowledge how honest the cleaning staff is. A c note was dropped and they not only called to tell me about it but they also placed it in safe keeping. Taisha and Amina at the front were very personable and helpful. My guests thoroughly enjoyed this trip as did I
