- AHAdam HapperDec 31, 20255.0When we arrived we were very impressed with the look of the lobby/reception area. The reception area wasn't tucked in the side of the lobby like most hotels, but right out in the middle which was nice. Additionally, the receptionist , Tricia was very welcoming and charming. She answered all of our questions and was very delightful to speak with throughout our whole stay making us feel special. She should be recognized and used by Tru Hotels for training new employees because she does it the right way. Also, the lady who made the breakfasts each morning was also very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We are definitely going to be staying at this Tru Hotel our next visit to the area and will tell our friends and family to do so as well.

Only downfall is there’s no microwaves in the rooms but they do have one in the lobby for use. NOWWWW for the second time coming , again perfect. Clean, bug free, all the good stuff but this time a particular employee stiff out, I believe her name was Alicia? Idk what you guys are paying her but whatever it is SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! Amazing customer service , amazing communication , extremely nice , hard passionate worker. She made this stay even better than the last and I will 100% be back next time I’m in the area. She deserves everything good in the world 🤍 just had to come give some recognition for her.

On a whim, I decided to book there, and I could not have been more pleased! First, the lobby is large complete with work spaces, games, and even pool tables, meaning if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel, there are options for socializing and relaxing without needing to leave. The gym is lovely too and features a variety of workout equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and friendly, and I love that the hotel is pet-friendly too. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and cozy. You can login to your Netflix account too, in case you aren't interested in what's on cable. The bathrooms are awesome, and I love how they have these dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion--all of which smell amazing by the way. Any time I travel, I will definitely be looking for one of these to stay at!
