So, it was 4 am when we arrived and the guy who checked us in was absolutely the nicest person we met on our trip. I think it was Jeremy… whoever worked Friday 12/26. He really was a bright spot on our trip. The most helpful and nicest person ever!! Thanks for helping us end a rough travel day as comfortable as possible.

Space for a pack 'n play which they also helpfully provided. They even gave us utensils and ketchup packets when Outback didn't give us any! Good hot breakfast the next morning. The whole hotel was clean. They even let my daughter have a wrapped present from under the Christmas tree (it was a 24 piece puzzle).

The shower was great, and the shared public area was comfortable too. The only downsides were that the fridge in our room wasn’t very cold even on the max setting, and the free breakfast didn’t have a ton of variety in my opinion. Still, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I’d totally stay here again.
