- KCK ConnollyDec 2, 20253.0Very incompetent housekeeping barely knocked at 9am and barged into our room while saying "housekeeping" before we could even respond. Front desk said they'd speak to her and there should be no entry before 11am anyway. They're "sorry." Yeah you're sorry all right

We asked the front desk for the station list so we could cuddle up and watch a good movie. She said no. It was on the TV. We explained they weren't there and she said their were changing providers and had no clue who the new service was and no clue about the stations and said we could spend our time clicking through the channels. She did not offer to track any information done., to call and get the information, or doing the service so we might even research it ourselves. She was quite happy not to help in the least. We asked for a standard pillow, since the oversized pillows were not comfortable. Again she was happy to tell us there was nothing could be done. Whether this is management or just a very lazy night clerk, i don't exponentially using this hotel unless don't mind having an undocumented dozens of stations and overstuffed pillows, and could-care-less staff.
