A microwave in the room would have been useful.

Look, we had a couple of hiccups at check in… Michelle Richardson - the General Manager - stepped in right away and took the situation over. She absolutely took responsibility and took the necessary steps to help recover from the hiccups. The experience went from neutral to bad, back to neutral, to positive, to amazing! I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns over the years, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I have ever had! Michelle’s energy is contagious and her staff clearly embraces her “guests come first” attitude. Literally saw a general manager helping fold towels, constantly speaking to guests, and keeping a smile on her face! Holiday Inns better make sure they take care of her and this very committed staff!

Great central location but the rooms reflect a 2.5/3 star hotel. Needs updating.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Very disappointing stay!!!!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for our date night and it was nothing but a disaster. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from what I expected. My room wasn’t well maintained, the service felt indifferent, and overall the stay didn’t come close to matching the price. Another thing that really bothered me was the atmosphere around reviews. During my stay, I overheard conversations that was made by the desk staff that management and owners push their staff to give fake 5 star google reviews to bump the stars up. I can’t verify any of it, of course, but it left me uncomfortable especially when I noticed that several glowing 5-star reviews all sounded very similar but the hotel is in a disaster situation. Between the disappointing room, the poor service, and the uneasy feeling about how reviews are handled, I can’t recommend this location. I hope management takes steps to improve both the guest experience and the transparency around customer feedback.
