None of the plugs work next to the bed or under the TV for charging phones tablets and laptops the room was okay but all the devices were dead by morning

Small things make big differences. Neatly dressed staff, friendly front desk, clean area and well stocked breakfast choices all made for a great couple of days near Charlotte. Would stay here again for sure.

A perfect spot right off the highway. The beds are firm and comfortable and the pillows have a good squish to them. The room was clean and the shower was a nice walk-in with a glass door. The toilet may as well have been a hole in the floor. I'm not sure why some hotels buy these low profile toilets. They don't mix well with my back. Thankfully I was two doors down from the public restroom which has a proper height toilet. If I stay in a Holiday inn again, I will be asking for a room near the public restroom.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve stayed in IHG hotels for years and never had a reason to second-guess their standards—until now. This was easily the worst IHG stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was dirty, poorly stocked, not properly cleaned, and there were bugs in the room. That alone is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone an IHG property. After two straight days of traveling with my family, we were too exhausted to move to another hotel, but we should never have been placed in a room in this condition in the first place. For the price I paid and the reputation IHG advertises, this was a complete failure. Management needs to take this seriously, because this property is damaging the IHG name.
