- RVR_J VazquezNov 24, 20251.0STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve stayed in IHG hotels for years and never had a reason to second-guess their standards—until now. This was easily the worst IHG stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was dirty, poorly stocked, not properly cleaned, and there were bugs in the room. That alone is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone an IHG property. After two straight days of traveling with my family, we were too exhausted to move to another hotel, but we should never have been placed in a room in this condition in the first place. For the price I paid and the reputation IHG advertises, this was a complete failure. Management needs to take this seriously, because this property is damaging the IHG name.

I've been staying here 5-6yrs, multiple times a year. The newer ladies I've had the last 3x have been miserable and rude. The ice machines are almost always broken. My most recent stay (11/14-16) my room had all kinds of debris on the floor and tables/bench. The fridge kept everything barely cool. It's sad because its super close to my brother's house when I visit. But I'm probably going to have to stay at the one farther away from now on. Oh!! And the whole key for the elevator "upgrade" was an absolutely AWFUL idea. This place used to be really nice and felt like home. Now it's a nightmare.

I was awakened at 7am by the housekeeping staff on 3rd floor slamming doors, banging their cleaning carts and laundry bins into walls, on and off the elevator, being loud, yelling down the halls at each other....at 7am ! You can't even call the front desk to complain cause the phone in the room doesn't work. I finally just got up, got dressed, and left ! WILL NEVER RETURN !
