  Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, excellent service and amenities. Close to a host of excellent restaurants and music venues, we will definitely stay again. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

  We had a delightful stay in this gem of a hotel over Easter weekend. The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. During check in we interacted with Angela who was so nice and eager to help. Great attention to details and a really beautiful room (we were in an Apex suite). They are not kidding about the best shower of your life, the water pressure is amazing! We watched the sunset from the rooftop, ate a great meal at Luminosa, and will definitely come back when visiting Asheville!

  The flat iron is centrally located and very close to concert venue we went to. The staff was very friendly and the rooms unique and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

  Wonderful revamp of an old office building to a modern hotel. I loved that the kept the vintage feel and vibe of the place. A must stay. Skylar at conceriage was a pleasure and helped me out tremendously when I had to unexpectedly leave a day sooner at 5am.

  From the front desk, service staff at Luminosa, the bartenders at speak easy and valet, staff were exceptional and professional. We had a wonderful, relaxing time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Felt like a second honeymoon! The room was quiet, clean and charming. We hope to be back!
