  JR at the front desk is great! Spent the weekend here for a trip for my girlfriend's birthday. I had a suite on the 13th floor which had great views of the mountain and had a balcony. That side faces the highway so if you are a light sleeper the sounds from the highway could keep you up. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. John at the bar was a great resource to talk to about places in the area. JR checked us in and he was very friendly and hospitable. If they could clone JR and put him at every hotel then IHG would have the best hotels in the industry. I know the valet-only option for parking is a turn off for a lot of people, but at least the two individuals I dealt with were friendly. I didn't catch their names, but there was a younger Caucasian gentleman with longish hair who I spoke with dropping off the car. There was also an African American gentleman that retrieved my car on check out. When retrieving my car it only took them a couple of minutes before my car was ready for me.

  The most comfortable beds and friendliest staff in town. Hotel Indigo is always our go-to for staycations when we need a little time out of the house. Extremely convenient to nearby restaurants and shop definitely one of the best in town.

  Stayed there for our Honeymoon trip to Asheville. Really Nice Room, beautiful view through floor to ceiling windows with a personal congratulations note left on the bed, a nice touch! Definitely will stay here again. No microwave but no big deal. So many restaurants who wants leftovers in this town!! Huge tub HUGE!! Next time gonna get a balcony!!! Thank you Indigo staff, very welcoming and nice to us!

  I have been an ihg platinum plus member for years. I generally visit the Indigo Hotel in Asheville every 4-6 weeks. The thiing I like most at the Indigo are the people. My favorite front desk person is Michael. He always greets me with a smile and when he tells that if I need anything, let him know, and he actually means it. In the evening, I love visiting the bar where Erica, my favorite bar tender, is there to serve me with a smile. Over the eyars. Erica has gotten to know my family and is always sure to ask about the. In the morning, I almost always eat breakfast downstairs whenre Missy serves me and greets me. She remembers my orders, and even when she is really busy, she takes a minute to ask how I am doing and to tell me to have a great day. Maria is also great, making my reservations for me in a professional and pleasantt way. Even tough Maria and I have never met in person, the way she handles herself, makes you think you are her favorite client. Your other employees are great too, like JR, the monring women at the desk, and John. So addition to being in a great location, my favorite thing about the Hotel Indigo in Ashville are the people.   Great rooms great service good location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are welcoming and friendly, Especially Madison she was a superstar and was so helpful we would come back just to see Madison!! Uber eats didn't go so well it was delivered 2 hrs later to the wrong hotel and madison called the hotel,found our cold food! We would love to take her back to Australia 🇦🇺 😀
