- TBTara BrittMar 27, 20263.0Hotel is clean; front person very nice. I like tv to relax when I get in and for that reason I would never ever stay here again. I travel a lot and I expected more of a smart tv instead of just a very few, I mean very few options for tv channels. As a matter of fact as much as I have traveled I’ve never seen one this limited. My parents had a room beside me and it had no hair dryer and cabinet door broken. At 1:40 am and after I heard people stomping upstairs so no sleep. I am still hearing the stomps upstairs as I’m trying to sleep. Go to another place if you want a good nights sleep

The rooms are super clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are new and updated & always clean. The breakfast is always fresh & delicious- and Diana always makes you feel like you’re visiting family. Wes, Tyler, Georgia and Mark at the front desk are so incredibly welcoming and always go out of their way to make sure we have anything we need.

No issue with check-in and out process. Parking is plenty. It is close to all kinds of restaurants. Breakfast is decent and similar to other locations. We will stay here again when we go to Mars Hill again
