- DCDavid Clemmons3 days ago5.0Mr. Haley was fantastic.We had an very minor issue @ the Woodfire Grill and he resolved it quickly and professionally. He was very kind from the time we walked in. He was very friendly and smiled the entire time & was making sure everyone was well taken care of. He addressed our concern immediately and handled it professionally and with compassion. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the Asheville area again we will stay at this hotel simply because of how Mr. Haley handled the issue which could’ve potentially cost our business. he was amazing and we highly recommend this hotel..It was very clean,even the bathroom

There is no better cleaner safer place to stay then right here. Haley the general manager of this place is a godsend.. the housekeepers are some of the best I have seen in the industry. Haley McBride the general manager of this place goes above and beyond for every customer that walks through his door without him this place would be nowhere without him. The day they lose him they will lose a ton of customers. I consider this place my second home when I'm in Asheville and I am there very often. Do yourself a favor and stay nowhere else but here.
