  We checked in for 2 days. The rooms are not bad but service is really poor. They don't give enough towels and toiletries. And the food service is quite bad. Everything was completely out by 8-8:30, though their food timing was till 10am. We have to request to refill every item and staff was not happy with the request. I was quite unhappy with the stay and service.

  This hotel is immaculately clean! Every thing looks brand new. The beds were comfortable, very quiet in the room. Bathroom was spotless! Super friendly reception people. We chose this hotel based on reviews and I m glad we did! We'd definitely stay here again if back in the area. Highly recommend!

  Roughly a ten minute drive from every place we wanted to go to. Very conveniently located. Staff was very friendly, the entire establishment was clean; including the pool. The free breakfast was delicious and a great touch also.

  Stayed overnight on 3/6/2026, and was scheduled to stay on 3/7/2026 as well. Unfortunately, at around 9:20 AM in the morning a man who was not a guest at the hotel pulled into the parking lot and began swinging a golf club in the parking lot, urinating in the bushes, and coming in to the hotel to use the bathroom. At some point between 9:20 AM and 10 AM he smashed my rear view windshield. Reception did not call me, but did say the man was in the hotel for 40 minutes waiting for me. When checking in to the hotel I provided the make/model of my vehicle so I am unsure as to why I was not contacted. I did not find out until around 11:30 AM when going to leave for the day. I called the police and filed a report. The receptionist said that they have many homeless/drunk/drug users walking through their parking lot, coming in to grab breakfast, or using the bathrooms. I asked to be comped for my 2 night stay under the circumstances. The receptionist contacted the manager, and I was denied a refund. The manager and the assistant manager had the day off and would not take a call from me, but did tell the receptionist I would not be refunded, and that I could speak with then the next day when it was not their day off. I did not feel safe there with my family or for the security of my vehicle and cancelled the rest of my reservation, of which I was also not refunded. I do not recommend staying here at all.

  My back windshield was smashed by a golf club in the parking lot at this establishment. Receptionist, Deborah, had the information of the man who did it, but did not try to contact us when it happened. The guy was not staying at the hotel, he was caught on camera peeing in the bushes, going into the hotel, and then swinging a golf club around in the parking lot. Receptionist said they have homeless and inebriated people stop in all the time to eat the free breakfast and use the facilities, and yet they do nothing to try to stop this from happening. There are a lot of sketchy people walking around outside of the hotel. Be wary, especially if you are travelling with young kids. We were very calm about the situation, but asked that we be compensated for an extra stay while our car was being fixed. We did not blame the hotel for what happened, just asked for some help with the situation. Deborah, the receptionist, was awful and rude while we tried to figure this out. Management could not be reached. How do you not have a manager on call over the weekend? We called cooperate, they said there was nothing they could do. Don't stay here, don't use Best Western.
