This is the only hotel we stay at in Asheville. Best staff and accomodations. Perfect location, great coffee/cocktail bar. Good snacks and water. Dawson was especially helpful this trip for my one year anniversary. Thanks team indigo!

1st time staying at a Hotel Indigo. Rooms are clean, staff is nice, we have found a new hotel chain to stay at when we travel. In Asheville, NC ask for room 1200 and watch the sunset to the West from your room.

For the most part the hotel is good. Room was big enough for two adults and two kids with the pull out bed. One lamp next to the bed was inoperable. Breakfast was good. We got vouchers being diamond members. Parking/parking lot. A total cluster F. 30 dollar a day valet is only option if you park at hotel with unlimited in and out "privileges". The parking lot for loading and unloading can quickly get jammed up if one selfish person parks their car and just leaves it in front of the door. (Happened several times) If you don't mind a 4ish minute walk, go to Wall Street Parking garage for 15 a day

This is my go-to hotel when I come to town for a show at the Thomas Wolfe auditorium. It is convenient for me to walk to many of my favorite places in Asheville. The rooms are very nice and staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely eager to help.

I will start by saying that that this is a beautiful, well-maintained, and clean hotel with friendly staff members. Housekeeping automatically services the rooms every day, which is a nice perk as many hotels have stopped offering daily housekeeping, and many only offer it upon request. The rates are reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area, and the location is very convenient for walking to downtown Asheville. A short 5 or 10-minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) will get you downtown right by the shops and restaurants, and the Asheville Pinball Museum is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend visiting the Pinball Museum when you're in town! The hotel has decent amenities including a fitness room (I did not get the chance to take advantage of it) and a bar/restaurant. The bar is open daily from 5-10pm and does not serve food, but the restaurant is open each morning to serve breakfast/brunch until 11:00am, I believe. I would prefer if a complimentary breakfast was offered, but I knew ahead of time that breakfast would cost extra, so I was not surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were very helpful when I checked in. The only downside of my stay was the parking situation, which was a hassle. I knew ahead of time that valet parking was the only option available, so I was not surprised by this. When I checked in, I was told that valet parking was $30 per night, but the cost would be reduced to $25 per night if I enrolled in the hotel's loyalty program. Naturally, I enrolled in the loyalty program to save a few bucks on parking. A few hours after checking out of the hotel, I received a text notification that my card had been charged $104 for valet parking, which was excessive since I had only stayed for 3 nights. I attempted to contact the parking services company to request an itemized bill to see how they calculated that amount, and a week later I have still received no response. I also spoke with someone at the hotel's front desk to explain the issue, and I was told that the issue would be looked into, and I should receive an update within a day or two. A week later and I still have not heard anything from the hotel or the parking services company. The issue seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and the parking services company, and the parking company has been impossible to get a hold of. I enjoyed my stay up until this point, but I will likely stay elsewhere next time I visit Asheville to avoid dealing with parking hassles like this.
