There was something sticky smeared on the bedroom windows. The lights were out in the bedroom ceiling and on the balcony, and they said they couldn't do anything about it on the weekend. The coffee cups had obviously just been rinsed out and not washed. The water glasses had something sticky dried on the inside. There was trash in the drawers left from previous visitors. Also, valet parking should not be mandatory. It makes you feel like you can't just come and go as you would like because you have to make someone else go get your car and park it each time you want to go anywhere. I'm never one to leave a bad review, but we were very disappointed.

Eli and Andy at the front were extremely helpful when I needed them they went above and beyond to help me with my luggage as well as some car issues I had and the bartender John was also super friendly

Especially as a member I would expect to get a small discount on that as a minimum, and the same for breakfast options. Every hotel I've ever been to has a complimentary breakfast, even if simple, and there was nothing here. No small options on the restaurant menu, no separate breakfast space, just a restaurant where you have to purchase anything you want. I could have stayed at a much cheaper and perfectly decent hotel and gotten free breakfast. Immensely disappointed by both of these. Valet in the morning was inattentive and had to tell them I was waiting for my car after requesting it returned online. Waited around 10 minutes before asking for it while watching them chat and mess around on their phones. They immediately opened their queue to see my request and go get my car.
