The room was clean and spacious with a 2-queen setup, though the carpet was stained and there was only a mini fridge, so it’s not ideal for longer stays. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The morning we were there, there was hardly any food available. Only two staff members seemed to be working, and they were clearly overwhelmed. The entire lobby and breakfast area were packed, with a line halfway out the lobby and 30+ people waiting while the food trays stayed empty. It was stressful for everyone — guests and staff alike. Overall, it works for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer visits or if you’re expecting a solid breakfast setup.

Called front desk and the young lady came to our room to help but unfortunately it didn't get fixed. She advised us that she was solely working by herself which is not safe for a young employee. We asked the following morning to have someone fix the problem which they did. For breakfast there were no napkins & we asked the gentleman for some and he said it will be a while. He seemed very agitated. Night 2 - Breakfast had no decaffeinated coffee & the orange juice was mostly water. Definitely didn't taste like the day before. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The only thing that was great was the beds & hot shower! I would rate this hotel as a C-! We will NOT be returning to this IHG!
