The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was great, the bathroom was clean and modern, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that cleanliness and comfort are a priority here. The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Staff members were attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even better. Breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh, well stocked, and with a great variety of options. Everything was organized, clean, and easy to enjoy, making mornings simple and pleasant. The location is convenient, quiet, and easy to access, and the price was excellent for the quality offered. - THTonja HoustonNov 29, 20253.0appears to be an older hotel that had some renovation..some things old (the elevators,hotel doors,bathroom doors)..no walk in shower like im accustomed to with most holiday inn express..this room had a step in bath tub.. this hotel directly across the street from the outlet mall..several fast food restaurants in the area..the breakfast wasn't what I was accustomed too...not many options and the juice dispenser made all the juices taste water downed.
