- SSSamanthaFeb 22, 20263.0The room and hallways are small which is a building issue but just be aware if you are tall or big it isn't going to be comfortable. The elevator makes a crazy noise, the one on the right. The staff was very nice and welcoming! They were helpful and the place is kept clean. The issue would be the building itself and the care it isn't getting. The pool is not heated and it is freezing!! That was unfortunate as our daughter wanted to swim. The pool tile is uneven and sticking up at the ladder and throughout the pool area. It is a hazard waiting to happen. The window is being eaten away at the pool area. The hotel is not worth the stay as there are better hotels in the area that are maintained and safer. Also, that have heated pools that are actually heated.

We also loved the free parking garage below. It was raining, so it was very convenient to park out of the rain and then take the elevator right to our floor. It was one of the best Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at.

Parking was a bit crazy with lots of speed bumps but they have a small parking garage as well so plenty of spots. Great beds, very clean, nice breakfast and hot showers. What more can you ask for.

We were able to have the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was more than satisfactory. The rooms were very clean and comfy.
