When I asked the front desk about when my room would be ready was told it could be one hour or three hours and he suggested I go get dinner. Management made no attempt to rectify the situation because they were never present when I wanted to speak with a manager. That explains why this place was a zoo. The lobby was FILLED with guests all waiting on their rooms. The actual room was obviously hastily cleaned with hair still in the shower. The electric socket covers fall off I guess they can’t even afford screws. This place is a joke and doesn’t care about guests experience. I never stay IHG and begrudgingly did so because this was one of the few places available. I regret it. Do not stay here unless it is a last resort. To the owners of this property: Hire new managers because they are doing you wrong.
