The room had everything we needed and felt thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they took the time to recommend places to visit and things to do around town, which we really appreciated. Their friendliness made the experience feel more personal. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, giving the whole place a warm and cozy atmosphere the moment we walked in.

Mr Haley who I think was one of the managers, made sure our stay was even more enjoyable by going out of his way to ensure our questions were answered. He even helped us figure out the ev charging situation!

A wonderful fire in the fire place and fresh coffee made the visits to the lobby something to look forward to. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely make another visit to this lovely hotel in east Asheville.

He was courteous, kind, and eager to please in any which way possible. Roads were great. Breakfast was great. accommodations are great. The most important were the people everyone’s so kind and willing to just lend a hand and go out of their way to accommodate us. One of the best places I ever stayed.

The restaurant on site was so convenient after a day of driving and food was so delicious we dined there for dinner the next night as well. Breakfast was also great. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The mixologist in the restaurant is an artist. I gave him flavors I wanted and he mixed two custom drinks for me that were superb. Location is just short drive from Biltmore which was great to be close but out of the congestion in the area. We do plan to stay again when in the area in the future.
