  Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was not good from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, I stood at the reception for a while and the staff made eye contact with me but didn’t acknowledge me or even say “one moment please.” They just continued their conversation, which felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was also not recognized as a member at all, and there were no benefits offered for IHG employees, which was surprising and disappointing. The room was in terrible condition and did not meet expectations. I had requested a room close to the elevator as my preference, but instead I was assigned the very last room at the end of the hallway. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel

  They don't advertise the fact that they place a hold of an additional $50 per night for "Damage Deposit". Be prepared for them to charge your card a couple hundred bucks extra if you're staying more than a weekend. I'll NEVER return.

  It's a hotel that's part of the IHG group of hotels. The room was nice, bed comfy and full size Dove bath products in the bathroom. There's an attached bar/restaurant which was handy because one evening it rained. Plenty of seating in the lobby and all the staff was very helpful for me. I recommend that if you stay here, that you make sure you specified breakfast with your room because breakfast vouchers are needed.

  This was the perfect stay for a stop on a road trip. All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were well appointed with tons of outlets and USB ports for charging. It seemed as though there was a recent renovation/remodel, the furniture in the rooms (like the hall tree) were nice touches. The sheets were extremely soft and the beds were comfortable. Water pressure good, and room was clean as was the lobby and other common areas. We did not use the pool during our stay, but thought that it looked very nice and seemed like a great choice for those who might be traveling with kids. The breakfast was not included in our nightly rate, however, there was free coffee.
