- JCjoel coxNov 4, 20255.0Jesse at the front desk helped me out of a jam when I accidentally booked for the wrong day on Expedia. It was 3am and he got me fixed up with a room through the hotel. He told me he'd let the morning desk person know about my situation and that they would be able to help fix the Expedia mixup. Again, it was 3am so I didn't think much of it and went up to my room. Not going to lie, I was pretty surprised when I came down a few hours later and Jesse was in the process of doing exactly what he said he'd do...glad he remembered because it definitely wasn't on the top of my mind after a couple hours of sleep. I don't remember the name of the women who relieved him at the front desk but she was also super helpful. I was able to get the Expedia refund before I even finished my breakfast. Good service at a hotel is rare anymore, especially at 3am...Jesse and his morning counterpart were a breath of fresh air. I have stayed here 2 times since.

- GGGloriaNov 1, 20255.0I booked this hotel for a 3 day gateaway for me and my husband. We planned to celebrate my birthday in Ashville because we love nature and the peace it gives us. When we checked in, the front desk was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the bathroom was also clean and it had complementary shampoo and conditioner in full size bottles. (I dont see that often). On my reservation, I mentioned that my last day staying in the hotel, it was my birthday. On the second day of the trip, I received a text message from the hotel informing me to go to the front desk when I am back for a "surprise". So after exploring, night time came and we went back to the hotel and talked to the front desk. They told me that the manager of the hotel went out if her way to buy ROSES and a small cake for me. I was so touched that it really made my day even more special. The breakfast was also really good. They had great options that were nutritious. It saved us money from buying breakfast somewhere else. I truly recommend this place. (I stayed there mid-October).
