    Checked out 8 days ago. They still haven't returned my money. Now the pending transaction on my card states the 19th. Seem like they held my deposit for 3 days after my honest review. Still offered no apology for all the blood found in my room and still holding my money. I never asked for a refund just letting them know how disgusting the place was along with their rude manager. I guess she didnt like the review. But let my money go or I will do a chargeback.

    Upon check in Kay at the front desk was wonderful. She truly is the unsung hero of this property. She is the best balance of grace and patience. I get in my room and there is blood everywhere, fresh dried blood. On the fridge, plates, bed sheets and bottom of the bed. Kay came up at 2:30am to change my bed sheets. I didn't gonto another room because the size room i needed wasnt available. The next morning I had a nice exchange with Dulce in the front. Very nice lady. Before I could get the manager name to bring to their attention about the conditions of my room I received via check in, I was accosted by this woman who was also behind the counter. Very rude, loud, condescending. Turns out she's the manager, Marlene. Marlene needs a new job because she clearly hate her job. I do not recommend this hotel. I had great encounters with other staff members but house keeping is lacking and so is management.

    Very disappointed I booked this hotel verses others close as well due to it stating it has a bar and breakfast none of that is open. The bar is closed I was told during this season don’t no why that was not mentioned on there website that it was seasonal no breakfast offered unless you purchase from there market where the prices are extremely ridiculous. There coffee machine I have no clue but it was not good coffee. However I’m going to give 4 stars because the staff was friendly the room was clean and well stocked and the location is spot on.

    The rooftop bar wasnt anything special but the lady working it was super nice and mu mom loved being able to see all the trees and scenery while drinking her beer. The other staff werent overly nice but werent rude either. The place as a whole was super clean. Cozy room with comfortable beds. The bathroom tub looked like white was chipping off but it was still clean. The area its in doesnt look like its the greatest kind of ran down with a lot of closed down/abandoned places and some sketchy looking people walking around. we never had any problems and things like that dont really bother us, but figured i give a heads up since i know some people wouldn't like it.
