    The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. My only complaint is that the rooms have old bathtubs that are slippery when wet and the water pressure wasn't great.

    The stay was great and very pet friendly! Front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about nearby events to do. Breakfast is also very good. The beds were comfy.

    We don't normally rate places this low. However, we were trying to help a family that didn't have a place to go this evening, and are out in the freezing cold, so a few people came together to pay for a room for a couple and their 9 month old baby. The person that worked this evening told them to leave, because they didn't have a card for incidentals. When I called the front desk manager to pay for this family for the incidental, he refused it and told this family to leave. He also took our money, and didnt offer a refund, because it was paid for through a second party booking system. Helping folks when they are in need is something we should all be willing to do. Just something to think about before going to stay at this place.
