- BBBabezilla2 days ago3.0I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly average experience overall. One of the biggest downsides was that they don’t allow DoorDash or other food deliveries to be brought directly to the rooms, which was pretty inconvenient after a long day of travel. Having to go down and meet the driver every time was a bit of a hassle. The beds were also noticeably stiff, which made it hard to get a really comfortable night’s sleep. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely not what I was hoping for. On a more positive note, the staff was decent, nothing extraordinary, but they were polite when needed. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved.
- RWRyan WagnerApr 6, 20263.0It’s fine, nice staff and decent rooms, I would give it a much higher rating but they insist on sticking you with the garbage five dollar amenity fee when they literally provide nothing for free, seriously no amenities, they even charge for packets of hot chocolate. It’s just an unnecessary jab to take advantage of their customers that really irritated me.

This location also has a rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The kicker was the service and friendly staff. Kay was extremely helpful and incredibly kind. And Mark the security guard made us feel like this place was bulletproof. This crew is legit and dedicated to the guest experience. I can’t wait to come back

- JGJessica GordonFeb 25, 20263.0It's an "okay" hotel. Nothing to write home about. They dint offer breakfast. The rooms are smaller than most hotels we've been too. The 'suite' is hardly as suite but it's okay. It's clean and the service is on top of it. It's just an average hotel tho. Nothing crazy. If you need a nicer place to lay your head and not looking for anything picky this is your place.
