    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, yet the moment I walked into the bathroom, there was a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to ignore and completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a basic standard like a smoke-free environment. To make things worse, the overall condition of the room did not meet expectations. The towels felt unclean, which only added to the discomfort and lack of confidence in the room’s hygiene. On top of that, the noise level was excessive. The guests in the neighboring room were loud late into the night, making it very difficult to rest after a long day. I understand that issues can happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of support from the front desk. When I raised these concerns, there was no real effort to acknowledge the situation or offer any kind of solution or compensation. This stay felt neglected from start to finish. For a brand like Best Western, I expected at least a minimum level of quality control and customer care — neither was present. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and properly maintained place to stay.

    The room was okay, nothing to brag about but it was clean. My issue arose when I went to check out, the guy at the front desk refused to give my $100 deposit back claiming I smoked in the room bc there was “ashes” left behind in the bathroom. That’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE as I do not smoke anything. He also refused to let me back in the room to look at & explain what it actually was on the floor, probably dirt. It’s crazy to look at something on the floor & automatically assume it’s ashes & refuse the deposit back. I’m guessing the guy just pocketed my money. So, yall just be careful!

    Typical BW. Our room was clean, efficient and for the most part quiet. Everything worked.
