  Unless you went to cold showers people to walk in on you while you’re naked from housekeeping, they don’t care if you have a check out or not they’re coming in your room and if you wanna have air conditioner issues stay at this property, they will lie to your face and say they do not know about the cold water they will lie to your face and tell you they had no clue about broken AC‘s room 213 the guest that gets the key to room 213 can open every single hotel room in that door I bet you not know that that’s also with room 113. It has a master key to open all the doors so if you’re lucky to stay at 1:13 and 213 request a room and do they have a few day stealing everybody’s property in the other rooms where you can just walk in with the key fob.

  Holiday Inn Express consistently impresses and rarely disappoints. This location is conveniently located on the heart of Asheboro with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is impressive and clean with a well lit parking lot. The room is nicely appointed with Dove bath, shower and skin care products. WiFi is nice and fast and the TV has a generous choices of programs. Bedding is new, firm and comfy with fresh white linens. The lobby has a 24 hour coffee and tea station with hot chocolate. #highlyrecommend

  Several issues severely impacted the quality of my visit and my ability to rest. • ​Noise Disturbance: The air conditioning unit emitted a loud, constant whistling noise, which made sleeping extremely difficult and was a continuous source of irritation. • ​Bathroom Condition: The shower area was in an unacceptable state .I observed extensive mold growth throughout the bathroom. • ​Cleanliness and Maintenance: General cleanliness standards were poor. I noted chunks of mud throughout the hotel premises. Furthermore, upon returning to the room after a long workday, I discovered that the towels had not been replaced from the prior day, which is a fundamental housekeeping failure. ​After a long day of work, the last thing a guest should have to worry about is calling staff to address basic cleanliness and maintenance issues. I desired a clean, quiet room for rest and did not receive it. ​Given this highly disappointing experience, I will most likely be seeking alternative accommodation for all future stays in the area.

  Services was ok but I cannot say this for the management. A lots of billing errors & confusions happens then they never get back to you after multiples calls.... This is not professional and should be corrected right away. Will avoid this hotel in future.
