The pool was a nice addition and a plus, since I have young kids. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. My biggest issue was with how hard/loud the rooms doors close. This is in reference to staying in 6 to 10 hotels a month.

Asked to move rooms and was told they are a pet friendly hotel so rooms may smell like animals- we had no animals with us. Breakfast was not monitored by staff- unclean, no milk, people were touching food without utensils. Needless to say didn’t eat there nor will we ever stay there again. Was in town for a soccer tournament so location was good but will never book again.

Elevator button missing/not working most the time, mold all over ceilings, such poor air quality/uncleanliness I had allergic reactions and flare ups the entire stay. Room had stains everywhere, hair in sheets, and bad odor. Remote was held together with tape and could not get channels to work the tv was so outdated. Air circulation also did not work and there was no ability to open windows. Staff were extremely rude, never refilled anything and annoyed when asked anything. Horrible experience, do not stay at this hotel.

Then the property refuse to refund me my money and basically told me my experience didn't matter and they wasn't going to do anything to correct their mistakes
