There are no blinds on the windows (well, unless you count white, see-through lace: see attached pic), there is no free breakfast, and I couldn’t even get one free tampon or pad from the front desk! They are pennywise and pound foolish. Plus, a robot front-desk voice called us at 9pm asking about our stay and I also got an email saying they added me as a new member to their Rewards program! It’s ridiculous. Not to mention inhospitable. Now I’m bleeding and starving (sorry for the TMI but I don’t want you to make the same mistake I did). Stay elsewhere.

The last thing I want to do while traveling is have to pack up and go get breakfast someplace else and every Holiday Inn Express that we have stopped at (quite a few all over the US) has complimentary breakfast. This one charges you $11-15 for a plate and $3+ for coffee. So now my family is hungry and cranky on the road rather than being full and happy cause there is no way I’m spending $75 on breakfast for the 5 of us for hotel quality food. Seriously disappointed and won’t be staying here again
