Requested cancelation of room that's 3 weeks away and for only 1 night and management will not acknowledge the cancelation request. General Manager said its too difficult to request credit through 3rd party (Expedia). Expedia requested they accept the cancelation but again the General Manager would not allow. I would suggest you book somewhere else if you believe your plans may change.

At the front Dane, Cherry and Kimberly are courteous and helpful. They know us as repeat visitors and make accommodations when we need it. The hotel is so clean. We look forward to breakfast because Frances is there. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. Frances makes the best scrambled eggs!!! Moist and tasty—not dried out. Bacon and sausage cooked to the right crispness. Walnut halves, brown sugar, golden raisins and cinnamon are provided to add to oatmeal. Bagels, toast, pancakes, yogurt, fresh oranges—such a nice variety. She keeps the kitchen immaculate and has a wonderful touch to the food she makes. We love staying at this particular Holiday Inn Express.

Overall, the Room was extremely clean & the TV was great with cable channels.
All the attendants were professional and helpful with service!
I had a small financial error on my work card. The General Manager, Cherry Champion, persevered and made sure it was handled correctly and processed in a timely manner - with most places like this, you get scared that they'll get busy and won't call back! She delivered above and beyond customer service. I would stay here again for sure as long as Cherry is the GM! Also good breakfast - they have oikos!

Tried to work with Kim and Cherry to set up a room block for my wedding. Called countless times as well as emailed over a period of multiple months with absolutely no response. Horrible customer service. Went with another hotel for our wedding day rooms.

All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous! The room was very clean, wifi signal was strong, parking is free with a large lot and spaces. A/C is a bit loud, but kept the room nice and cool.
