  My visit was great , clean room comfy bed, pool was clean. Plenty of local food options anywhere from a 1-10 min ride. It was easy on and off the highway with fuel right there so you can fuel up when you head out. The service was exceptional, I was greeted right away by a young women with a great smile and attitude her name was Kasie. She was attentive and most importantly very patient with folks that could wear one’s patients thin if you get my drift as I was in line and well, l didn’t do as well as Casie regarding patients. My only gripe is the wi fi. It doesn't work. I’ve be here before and it’s terrible. If I had to do business and was relying on this it would kind of upset me. So I don’t get yelled at by my wife for using data please fix this. It’s serious. Thank you for your attention to this matter. You just lost a star for wi fi . Sorry about that.

  Nice hotel, great staff, great breakfast. AVOID 1ST FLOOR ROOMS if you want a good night's sleep. You can hear everything in the hallway and footsteps from floor above you. Not to mention the breakfast buffet is at the end of the hall so everyone from the hotel walks by your room on way to breakfast so no change of sleeping in because you can literally hear everything. Room was nice and bed comfortable

  Five stars, without hesitation. The thing about Best Westerns is they’re either quietly solid… or memorably bad. This one in Woodstock, New Brunswick? Genuinely excellent. The room was spotless. Everything worked exactly as advertised. No weird smells, no broken fixtures, no “well, that’s just how hotels are” compromises. But here’s the moment that sealed it for me. I got back from dinner around 8:00 p.m. The hallway carpet had a bit of salt tracked in from outside—normal, unavoidable, winter reality. And there was a staff member cheerfully vacuuming it up. Not rushed. Not annoyed. Not because a manager told them to. Just doing it because that’s how the place should be kept. Could it have waited until morning? Absolutely. Did it? Nope. Because that’s not how they roll here. That single moment told me more about the culture of this hotel than any sign at the front desk ever could. Any issues? Two, and they’re minor: • Possibly the smallest bathroom faucet I’ve ever encountered • No EV charging in the parking lot (there is charging in town, but on-site would be a smart future upgrade) I’ll survive the faucet. And the EV thing is solvable. What matters is this: this is a great stop. One of those places you may never pass through again—but if I do, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in Woodstock. Well done, Best Western Woodstock. You’re doing it right.

  Surprisingly the beds, pillows and sheets were great. Had a great night sleep. The breakfast included is also good. I wish I had cash one to give a tip to Janet the breakfast lady she takes good care. The whole staff is great and ready to serve and take care of your needs.
