    Chris at reception was incredible! We were driving back from Boston and got stuck in an unexpected snow storm. Chris welcomed us so warmly and made what could have been a really rough night into an amazing experience! Thank you Chris!!!

    On the arrival day, I took a nap and woke up past 9:30 PM. I wanted to order a pizza. Delivery service had stopped. I and my collegues shared a rental vehicle . My collegue who had the key had probably slept already. Cassie who was at the reception that time went to get the pizza for me, driving her own vehicle. This was amazing. Without that, I would have gone to bed hungry. This is definitely going above and beyond for customer service. I am still thankfull how she was friendly.
