The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with everything you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight — plenty of options, fresh, and always well-stocked. Parking was easy, and the location made it super convenient to get around the city. Overall, a great value and a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Halifax!

We just came away from their supplied breakfast and we were both amazed with their layout. Hard not to be fulfilled with the many choices. Very impressed with their breakfast layout . Only complaint, from me, is the constant sound of the air being circulated through the fan which is always running with no way of turning it off. Pat had no complaints. Very clean room. Curtains drawn keep outside lights from filtering inside.

Our room and adjoining suite was fully equiped and a cozy home base. The hot tub and pool helped aching joints. Nearby Pub down under treated us like royalty. The complimentary hot breakfast was appreciated as we had games early mornings at Thistle St. Andrews Curling Club. Thank you for supporting The Riverboat bonspiel year after year. We will see you next time 🥌
