  Found World Class Luxury at this gorgeous St John Hotel! My bed was super comfortable, the food was delicious and the location in the heart of the City can't be beat! Really enjoyed the hot tub & swimming pool, Everything clean & bright! Extra thanks to Wasanna at the Front Desk & Taya at the Restaurant, the entire Staff was so attentive & made my stay so comfortable.

  This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The front desk lady, Wasana was friendly and presented a warm greeting everytime we went in or out of the hotel. She truely set the tone for a fantastic stay. After my daughter and I came back from the arcade that was located upstairs at the hotel, Wasana, asked how our time there was. She took the time to listen to our stories from the arcade. She remained professional, welcoming, through our entire stay. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such a warm, personal touch, making the hotel feel like a home away from home. Their dedication to excellence truly defines the guest experience. We were truly spoiled. We hope to be back again soon.

  We had a great stay, we live in hotels most of the year for work, and less and less often do we find hotels where the rooms are clean daily and where staff actually make themselves available and cater to your special request. A very special thanks to Masana and April who were always there for us.

  Wow! Big shout out to Randy! We arrived after midnight with a load of furniture in the back of our truck. Randy directed us to a parking spot to keep our items more secure. In the morning we see he had found a tarp and covered our load to protect it from the freezing rain! So above and beyond. Thanks also to Philippe (night) and Mark (day) for your kind and excellent service! Always a pleasure to stay here! Stephanie

  We had an EXTRAORDINARY experience!! The staff were second to none and treated us like ROYALTY!! We are incredibly grateful to all, however; WASANA at the front desk was remarkably kind and generous, CINDY from the evening shift at the restaurant was AMAZINGLY ACCOMMODATING—(delivering items to our room for a sick toddler) and ASHLEY from the morning shift at the restaurant bent over backwards to ensure we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!! It was amazing to experience ALL STAFF being 100% pleasant and joyful! Thank you, Crowne Plaza…SAINT JOHN, New Brunswick!!!
