- ALAlex LeBlancMar 18, 20265.0Probably the nicest/cleanest hotel in Greater Moncton. Location is excellent and has all nice facilities like sundry, laundry, pool/fitness centre and breakfast. Also nice to have coffee/hot tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby. Rooms are basic but very well appointed and modern. Lots of space and large bathrooms. Staff overall was good, however on day 2, two staff at front desk weren't rude, but did not offer the friendly service that is required at the front desk. Will definitely return to this hotel. This, the Holiday Inn in Saint John and Dieppe are my three favourite Holiday Inn (Express) locations.

The amenities were well-maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and taken care of. What really stood out, though, was the service. The front desk agent, Harmian, went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From a quick and easy check-in to helpful recommendations around the area, he made a great first impression and kept that level of service throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
