  A super comfortable bed and thoughtful interior design. Well-cleaned.Breakfast was also sufficient! 非常に清潔で、到着時間がチェックイン前だったにも関わらず快よく受け入れてくれた。朝食も必要な物は全て揃っており、自動ホットケーキマシーンがワクワクした！ただベッドが心地良すぎて起きられないのが問題です！！

  Good location we stay here when we go to Moncton but after last night January 2nd we won’t be back to this hotel. There was parents drunk in the lobby until 12am running all over halls, the pool had way to many people and a kid got injured staff did not care pool was shocked rest of the stay and no one could swim staff was rude to child for asking when pool would be open, then male staff security would follow the young girls from local hockey team around and speak to them in appropriate asking if they had boyfriends these girls were 11&13 , we had to ask him not to talk to the girls he would follow them to pool and to gym and just watch them. We will never be back

  The breakfast was good on both days and the pool was all mine, no one else around lol but the hotel was clean front counter staff was good for this genetation. Well stocked rooms. Easy to find right of the highway.

  When you call and ask if you are directly speaking with the hotel, they say yes but it’s actually a third party booking is already deceptive. Got charged more than advertised and received « a gift » which can only be used in the states. We are Canadians traveling within Canada Noise was terrible! We travel with a pet and had to sign a paper stating that if our pet disturbed others we may be asked to leave. The only time my dog barked was when the loud, disruptive children were running up and down the halls, some of them screaming. I’m pretty sure that there wasn’t a moment that those children, or their parents, worried about being asked to leave the premises. And nothing was done about the noise form them. Also, you change for a pet to stay, most pets are cleaner than children. If my pet made a mess and it needed to be cleaned, I agree that needs to be paid for and have no issues with, you already take a an extra fee on my credit card for that, but charging for them to have a safe, warm place to sleep is ridiculous in my opinion FYI, aside from our pet, we also have a child who stayed with us. But never, ever, has my child acted like this in a hotel, or any public place, because we have respect for others

  Terrible and rude customer service. Would not confirm a crib for my baby. I requested one in July with my reservation that was for the following December. They refused to book one and told me to call back two days before. I did and still would not book one for me in case someone walks in wants/needs one. They think I am supposed to make the trip to Moncton not knowing if my child has a place to sleep. Disgraceful. Delta hotels booked a crib with the reservation no questions asked for anyone who is wondering. I will be staying with Delta from now on.
