- TCThomas Curl1 day ago3.0Had a great time aside frome all of the kids who were not taken care of, hot tub was full of kids 10 and under the whole weekend even thought the sign says 12 and up, same with the sauna which says 16 and up, there parents were also very rude when I asked there kids to stop doing dong ditching everyone on floor 6

Thank God I took that supervisors name because when I arrived they said I couldn't. Have to pay for parking which I always find ridiculous that it's not in the price. Parking lot was packed. Tough finding a spot. I still haven't been reimbursed for the first night as they said it would be as soon as I left. Now I have to call to find out what the $50 extra charge was. Im assuming parking but that would be for 3 nights not 2. No place for adults to gather other than a small uncomfortable table in the lobby
- AVAnnie VilleneuveJan 4, 20263.0We rented this room as a small getaway from our busy life. To our surprise upon arrival, there was a hockey tournament and the hotel was very busy. That’s ok but the front desk attendant assigned us to a room on a floor filled with customers from that tournament. Don’t get me wrong, they are allowed to have fun and have their kids run around. Thankfully another front desk clerk changed our room on a floor without any guest from the tournament. The first room was hot and we were unable to adjust the thermostat. The carpet smelled like old carpet. The first attendant who gave us this room on that floor with the guests from the hockey tournament apparently did not care much about our comfort! She just kept saying we’re really busy this weekend! I have been to many crowne plaza but won’t be back to this particular one.
