    The rooms are very nice and it is great location. We attended the guest appreciation on Tuesday and Katie was wonderful!

    Ordered room service and after an hour we didnt get it. Called bsck and we were told that it was on the way. Waited another 45 minutes and had to leave to go to our show. No food

    We are having a great time at the Crowne Plaza Hotel so far! The staff is lovely and welcoming. A personalized envelope was slipped under the door welcoming us to the hotel with a contact name and information if we needed anything as well (Marc and Laura) as to invite us to their guest appreciation night and a free appetizer for the hotel restaurant. All of the staff seem to be eager to help and accommodate the guests (shout out to Leonardo who I mention in the restaurant/food section in the review below) The crown Plaza downtown Moncton is a great location with good food, clean rooms and exceptional service. We would definitely come back!

    The room was very clean. Would need more parking for the hotel. And would need a system to accomodate the young hockey team. They were running in hallway until one in the morning. Not cool for the other guess who try to sleep. I was not impress with my stay this week end.
